Good morning and Happy Tuesday. I hope it IS a happy one for you. For some of you the 80-degree temperatures have been making you happy. But, after today, I am forecasting high temperatures that are more typical of this time of year.
So far this September we have had 4 days where the temperatures reached at least 80 degrees. I went back a few Septembers to see how frequently the 80s have visited us during this summer/fall month.
So far 2009 4 (should be 5 after today)
2008 -- 7 days in the 80s 2 days in the 90s
2007 -- 15 days in the 80s 2 days in the 90s
2006 -- 4 days in the 80s
2005 -- 14 days in the 80s 4 days in the 90s
